How many mailboxes come with hosting?
SEED includes 10, GROW includes 50 and SCALE is unlimited. There is no per-mailbox charge on top.
What is the difference between a mailbox and an alias?
A mailbox has its own storage and login. An alias just forwards to a mailbox — useful for info@ or sales@ when one person reads them. Aliases are on Email Pro.
Is webmail available?
Yes, through cPanel, alongside the IMAP and POP3 access for desktop and mobile clients.
