Can I keep my domain registered elsewhere?

Yes. You only need to point the DNS at us. Registration and hosting do not have to live in the same place.

How long does a transfer take?

Registry transfers usually complete in five to seven days once you approve them. Your site stays up throughout — the transfer moves registration, not hosting.

Do you support subdomains?

Yes, and every hosted site also gets a grncommerce.com subdomain from the moment it is provisioned.

What happens to my email during a change?

MX records travel with your DNS. If you host mail with us, connecting the domain sets the MX records for you.
